BEFORE AND AFTER
Saranap Village Renderings (June 2014)
These are renderings of the four buildings that make up the proposed Saranap Village, which were submitted to the county Department of Conservation and Development by the developer, Hall Equities Group. They were provided to us by the county. They're dated June 27, 2014.
Although the design of the buildings, streets, and sidewalks are for the most part accurate, some of the detail is not. For example, two of the renderings show a fountain in the roundabout, an option HEG ruled out in favor of public art. The same two show a pedestrian area in the roundabout, which is not actually part of the design. The store names are fictitious.
The photos of the current sites were provided by HEG as part of its submission to the county.
